Joseph is the Chief Creative Officer and one of the 3 owners of a collective of innovative agencies including Bensimon Byrne, OneMethod, Super Proper ,Narrative XPR, Hi-Fi and Folk. The agencies have grown to become one of the largest and most creatively lauded independents in North America with 250 people. The agencies have won over 60 One Show Pencils, Cannes Lions, Clios and D&AD pencils and have been a top 15 independent agency at Cannes, FastCompany's Most Innovative Workplaces, Clio Health Top 3 Independent Agency, Top 15 independent at One Show and Strategy Magazine's PR Agency of the year. With the team at TADIEM, Joseph has helped create a culture that focuses on work with true purpose that welcomes the best talent in the industry. Joseph is unique among Chief Creative Officers in that he spent 6 years as an active board member of a world-renowned hospital, Casey House, which specializes in the treatment of HIV. He has advocated for the end of HIV stigma with the ground-breaking Smash Stigma campaign for Casey House .

The biggest challenge to our industry is the attraction of talent versus other creative industries.
